Our butcher expertly prepares a wide range of quality meat carefully sourced from local farms that breed happy animals. You’ll also find meat from Greenlands own-reared, well-stroked animals. Favourites with regulars include our bacon, lamb burgers and pork sausages made to a secret recipe passed down from Farmer Roger’s family.
Our butcher, Tom, has created two new sausages recently - you can choose from pork, apple and magners cider or pork, Lancashire sauce and homemade black pudding. They are really delicious!
At Christmas, you can order from a fabulous selection of local turkeys, meats and cheeses.
