Farm to You - a Flexible alternative
Here at Greenlands Farm Village, we are passionate about educating children, and we know it isn’t always easy, or possible to take a whole class or school out on a school trip. So save the cost and worry of a coach trip, let us bring all the enjoyment and experience of the farm to you.
- We can provide a memorable interactive and educational farm visit to your school or nursery.
- We offer children the chance to see, touch and learn first-hand about animals in structured encounter sessions, suitable for all ages and abilities.
- Each visit can incorporate different activities to suit your requirements to support and bring to life areas of the school curriculum and preschool learning.
We can offer anything from coming in for assemblies, school fairs, half days or full days and we can bring with us a variety of animals.
Pupils can experience this safe hands-on approach to the natural world in the comfort and security of their own classroom. Bringing animals into the classroom is unique and will enhance many curriculum topics. We are happy to structure the animal encounters to bring to life any particular subjects you may be teaching.
Greenlands Farm Village are highly flexible and will be happy to work with you to create the perfect experience for your Nursery, Preschool and school needs. If you’re looking for something specific, we would love to hear from you.

School Report
Would recommend this to everyone. We went with 41 nursery children and had an amazing day, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and I can not wait to come back with my own son. Thank you for a great day.
Laura Davidson, Newton Primary School
Our children had a fantastic day and particularly enjoyed the hands on approach that your staff gave them when learning about your different animals. They particularly loved stroking the piglets, holding your snake and seeing Pascal catch a fly with his long tongue. All the children loved grooming your cow and donkey and cooling down after fun in the PlayBarn with a delicious ice-cream!
